Making sure you are putting in the effort outside of the gym is crucial to success. You'll be assigned X2 time efficient online workouts per week to do at home or in your gym, these will improve your cardiovascular system, core and aid recovery. No kit necessary.
No rabbit food here. Every person gets their own nutrition plan based on allergies, intolerances, likes and dislikes. Easy to prepare, time efficient, tasty. You're buying food anyway - I'll make it worth your while!

Definitely not! I actually find people that have done very little exercise before have zero bad habits, they learn faster, respond better and want to learn more about what they are doing with me, I have loads of patience so relax, you’ll do great!
